PROPERTY RATES

The villa is available for rental throughout the year. The rental rates are furnished upon request.

A one-week minimum rental is required. 50% of the rental (non-refundable) is payable upon booking and 50% three weeks before occupation.

Very special rates available for visits of 4 weeks or longer during the period Nov.1, 2011 to March 31, 2012.
